Flooring Leads Flow Lead Credit & Refund Policy

At Flooring Leads Flow, our goal is to provide flooring contractors with legitimate opportunities from prospective customers seeking flooring-related services. Because Flooring Leads Flow operates on a Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) model, contractors are charged for qualified leads delivered according to their campaign criteria.

We understand that occasionally a lead may contain invalid information or fall outside the agreed campaign requirements. This Lead Credit & Refund Policy explains when a lead may qualify for a credit.

1. What Is a Qualified Lead?

A qualified lead is a prospective customer who has submitted a request or expressed interest in an eligible flooring service and meets the applicable campaign criteria.

Depending on the campaign, a qualified lead may include:

  • Customer name
  • Valid contact information
  • Requested flooring service
  • Project location or service area
  • Customer intent to inquire about flooring services
  • Project information when available
  • Location within the contractor's agreed service territory

Specific qualification requirements may vary depending on the contractor's campaign, territory, services, lead type, and agreement with Flooring Leads Flow.

A qualified lead is a business opportunity and does not represent a guaranteed appointment, estimate, sale, revenue amount, or completed flooring project.

2. Leads That May Qualify for Credit

A contractor may request a lead credit when a delivered lead meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • Invalid Contact Information. The provided phone number is disconnected, invalid, or clearly fraudulent.
  • Fake or Fraudulent Information. The lead contains clearly fabricated or fraudulent customer information.
  • Spam or Solicitation. The submission is clearly spam, a sales solicitation, or another business attempting to sell products or services rather than request flooring services.
  • Customer Denies Making the Request. The individual confirms that they did not request flooring information or submit an inquiry related to the flooring project.
  • Outside Agreed Service Territory. The flooring project is located outside the contractor's agreed campaign territory.
  • Wrong Service Category. The prospect is requesting a service that is not included in the contractor's selected campaign categories.
  • Duplicate Lead. The same identifiable prospect for substantially the same flooring project was previously delivered to the same contractor by Flooring Leads Flow within the preceding 30 calendar days.
  • Failure to Meet Agreed Qualification Criteria. The lead clearly fails a specific qualification requirement established in the contractor's campaign agreement.

Approval of any lead credit is subject to review by Flooring Leads Flow.

3. Leads That Do Not Normally Qualify for Credit

A lead will not normally qualify for a credit solely because:

  • The customer does not answer the phone.
  • The customer does not respond to voicemail, text messages, or email.
  • The contractor is unable to reach the customer.
  • The customer changes their mind.
  • The customer postpones or cancels the project.
  • The customer decides not to move forward with the project.
  • The customer receives estimates from other flooring companies.
  • The customer chooses another contractor.
  • The contractor's estimate or proposal is rejected.
  • The contractor does not close the sale.
  • The contractor does not contact the lead promptly.
  • The contractor does not have availability to perform the project.
  • The contractor decides the project is not desirable or profitable.
  • The project value is lower than expected unless a minimum project value was specifically included in the campaign qualification criteria.
  • The customer is shopping around or comparing estimates.

Flooring Leads Flow sells qualified flooring opportunities, not guaranteed customers or completed flooring jobs.

4. Lead Credit Request Deadline

All lead credit requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the original lead delivery date.

Requests submitted after the 5-day review period may not be eligible for credit.

Contractors are encouraged to review and contact leads immediately after delivery.

5. How to Request a Lead Credit

To request a credit, the contractor must provide:

  • Lead ID
  • Date the lead was received
  • Reason for the credit request
  • Supporting information when reasonably applicable

Flooring Leads Flow may review available lead information, submission records, campaign information, and other relevant data when determining eligibility.

Submitting a credit request does not automatically guarantee approval.

6. Approved Lead Credits

When a lead credit is approved, the value of the lead will generally be applied as an account credit toward future Flooring Leads Flow leads.

Approved credits are not normally issued as cash refunds or returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Flooring Leads Flow.

7. Duplicate Lead Policy

A duplicate is generally defined as the same identifiable prospect requesting substantially the same flooring project and being delivered to the same contractor within 30 calendar days of the original lead.

Duplicate determinations are made by Flooring Leads Flow based on available identifying information and project details.

A new request from the same individual after the duplicate period, for a materially different property or project, or involving a materially different flooring service may be considered a new billable lead.

8. Shared and Exclusive Leads

Lead exclusivity depends on the specific campaign purchased by the contractor.

Standard Leads may be provided according to the sharing terms established for that campaign.

Exclusive Leads, when specifically purchased and designated as exclusive, are intended to be delivered to only one participating Flooring Leads Flow contractor under the applicable campaign terms.

A lead should not be assumed to be exclusive unless exclusivity is specifically stated in the contractor's campaign or purchase agreement.

9. Contractor Responsibility

Lead conversion depends on many factors outside the control of Flooring Leads Flow.

Contractors are responsible for:

  • Contacting leads promptly
  • Making reasonable follow-up attempts
  • Providing professional customer service
  • Scheduling estimates
  • Establishing their own pricing
  • Providing proposals
  • Maintaining required licensing and insurance
  • Managing their sales process
  • Closing projects
  • Performing contracted flooring services

Flooring Leads Flow does not guarantee that any lead will result in contact, an appointment, an estimate, a sale, revenue, profit, or completed project.

10. Lead Volume and Availability

Lead volume is subject to market demand, geographic location, selected flooring services, customer activity, campaign settings, and other factors.

Flooring Leads Flow does not guarantee that a specific number of leads will be available during any particular period unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Contractors will only be billed according to the applicable CPL terms for leads delivered and considered qualified under their campaign.

11. Campaign Pauses and Changes

Requests to pause, modify, reduce, or increase a campaign are subject to the terms of the contractor's specific campaign agreement.

Changes to territory, services, lead volume, or campaign criteria should be requested before additional leads are generated or delivered.

Changes generally do not apply retroactively to leads already delivered.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Flooring Leads Flow provides lead generation and lead delivery services.

Actual results vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Contractor follow-up speed
  • Number and quality of follow-up attempts
  • Sales ability
  • Pricing
  • Company reputation
  • Online reviews
  • Market competition
  • Customer preferences
  • Project availability
  • Seasonality
  • Local economic conditions

Past performance, examples, calculators, projections, or potential revenue illustrations displayed by Flooring Leads Flow should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

13. Policy Abuse

Flooring Leads Flow reserves the right to review patterns of excessive, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive credit requests.

Repeated attempts to obtain credits for valid leads solely because those leads did not convert into customers may result in additional review, limitation of credit privileges, campaign suspension, or termination of service, subject to the applicable campaign agreement and law.

14. Policy Updates

Flooring Leads Flow may update this Lead Credit & Refund Policy periodically as our services and lead qualification processes evolve.

The version in effect at the time of lead delivery will generally govern that lead unless otherwise required by applicable law or written agreement.

Questions About a Lead?

If you believe a lead does not meet your campaign's qualification requirements, please contact Flooring Leads Flow within the 5-day review period and include the applicable Lead ID and reason for your request.
